This is the only Japanese restaurant that I know is owned by an actual Japanese owner and sushi chef.?Let me preface this by saying this is about the Omakase. Don't expect flashy stuff. It is Edomae sushi omakase. Meaning that it is traditional and simple. Focused on flavor. I was craving sushi so we went to a close by spot - Hiro - and NOT disappointed. Sushi was high quality and delicious. We were surprised with tempura Oreos, very kind. Delicious food and service was great. Recommend!

I stopped for a quick take out yesterday as a first time customer. Takoyaki with benito flakes are out of this world. The Katsu Pork curry was so flavorful and portioned well. Absolutely will be back. Oishii!!
