We love Culver's burgers and customer service their ice cream is awesome and there's many things on the menu for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful food is very good. Ms Patty's awesome!!
Food is great. The drive through is so slow. From ordering to receiving your food it takes about 14 minutes or more. So come prepared to wait. The fries were too salty but that could be because they are rushing to get the cars through

Great Customer Service! I pulled up in the drive thru about 10 minutes before closing and ordered 3 meals plus a large order of onion rings. I got a plain bacon cheddar burger but 1 of the burgers wasn't made correctly (it was only supposed to be plain but they gave us another bacon cheese burger) and they also gave us an extra burger with everything on it. I pulled back through the drive thru (which was after they closed) to get it fixed, but they already had shut down the grill....read full review
