Order what was supposed to be a special two large pizzas came to $46 two days later my card was charged for tips without me knowing, on top of that, I’m only 0.5 miles away for delivery took them 50 minutes to deliver. Also terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.??
Worst pie I've ever had. It had absolutely no flavor, very bland. The sauce was almost non-existent and had absolutely no flavor to it at all. not even a tomato flavor. Could taste no oregano in it, no garlic. The dough had a very strong dough flavor. After one slice, I opened a can of tomato sauce, added some tomato sauce to it, some oregano and some garlic powder. A little bit more mozzarella, salt and cayenne pepper. now I got a pizza that tastes like a pizza

Every other week I get nothing but oil for the garlic said that I pay for . Manager said pizza warms it get outta here I’m less than 5 minutes away . N get told you don’t have to order it wow . That’s great Managment.

UPDATE: My frustration was exasperated by the owner falsifying claiming to give me store credit which was NEVER applied. I wanted to give a positive update and remove my negative review...im going to upload pictures to reflect the email communication and prove im not lying..STORE ADDRESS3546 St Johns Bluff Rd S UNIT 106, Jacksonville, FL 322240n 1/6/2024 I PAID $128.00 +$10.00 tip for Pizza and a 20 pc chicken wing for a party, when i inspected the contents of the box i only recieved 11 wings....When i called the store a young lady who said she was one of the few managers at the store (implying that i won't receive much help by that statement) told me i could drive back to the store which was about 10 miles away to pick up 9 wings or i could receive a credit to my ACCOUNT ,i asked for the store credit and she informed me that the credit was STORE SPECIFIC....i informed her i live near the riverside location, where im.a regular. At 5 star on plymouth, The young lady assured me i was wasting my time by not driving back to pick up my 9 left out wings or the BEST she could do was give me store credit for that location only, which i NEVER visit that location...i spent $138.00 in total including a $10.00 tip and i can't believe that was the level of service i received, all i wanted was store credit for the store nearest to my home...Her nonchalant demeanor gave me forewarnimg to not even ask for a refund...i mentioned i would leave a negative review and to my expectations she couldn't care less... my experience was not a 5 star one as the name suggest...im very discouraged and disappointed. ...

Last time I had a coupon literally mailed to me that said “$10 off any order” it had no bar code and no online code, ok whatever I handed it to my driver no problem and went about my day right? So I get a Christmas card from my local five star that I’ll attach in the pictures that says “$12 off NO STRINGS ATTACHED” and like my last one I thought there was no online code (you’ll see how tiny and unnoticeable it is in the picture) so I order my food the SAME way and set my money aside like I did last time. The delivery driver gets here (wanna clarify I’m actually not mad at the delivery driver but another person I’ll mention) and he’s saying how he doesn’t think he can do that but he’ll call the store to check and the person he called said how you had to call the store before they leave (which honestly doesn’t make sense since I’m paying cash and my order isn’t even finalized until the delivery driver gets back) and how they couldn’t accept it. Like I’m sorry lol so there are strings attached? I’m literally disabled and don’t drive and I’m lucky I had more cash on me. It’s honestly ridiculous because of the false advertisement and management that was on duty that night in my opinion. Pepperoni rolls were bomb though lol

Absolutely love this place! They even have massive pizzas! The staff is always kind and helpful! Amazing food and the shop is always clean, plus they stay open late. I highly recommend at least going one time!

My boyfriend called to place a delivery order and we live 10 minutes away from the “restaurant” they said they don’t deliver ten minutes down the road from them…? The women told us to place an order through doordash or Uber eats which we would have to wait for our food to be picked up and then delivered and drove to us. If we wanted to order through doordash we would’ve, it’s confusing how you have a pizza place offering delivery but don’t deliver TEN minutes away. Just don’t adversative for delivery if you can’t deliver it’s very simple. We’re only ten minutes away. We don’t need to be suggested to go to other places by rude associates when we obviously wanted it delivered from the resultant ten minutes away therefore it would be fresh. Not waiting for someone to pick it up and then drive to us.
