Waited in line for 20 mins to get my food, got to the window employees had facemask over they're necks, instead of face. My family pulled out the line after that. Why are the employees spewing droplets onto customers and products? This is why our country can't get the covid19 virus under control. My family and I will not be going back to this location.
I want to give recognition to Wanda Peyton and her crew at Merrill RD Hardees. In an area and time where most fast food service is lacking, this store serves as an example that others should strive for. The food is always great. The staff is always polite, efficient, and professional. The orders come quick, and in the rare case of a mistake, it is rectified quickly and politely. Keep up the good work.

Actually it wasn't bad at all. Their very early they just opened and service person was very nice apologized for the wait but didn't need to. Food was very hot fresh and good. Biscuits and gravy. I can't speak for the rest didn't have anything else. I will go back again
