Insomnia Cookies in Jacksonville is a late-night sweet haven! This is my go to spot when I wanted to drive around town at night a grab a sweet treat as a reward for a hectic day.The have a wide variety of cookies to choose from. My favorite is the good ole chocolate chip flavor. They are served warm and are absolute delights--soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. They also have ice cream if you prefer something cold.
