My wife absolutely loves these cookies. She says the cookies are better than crumble cookies. Cookies are hard on the edges but not too hard and soft in the middle. Cookies were warm . The new 5 points location is nice. The hours of operation sets this place apart from other cookie establishments. I would recommend given insomnia cookies a try.Parking: Because of the location and lack of parking unless a car moves from a space it can be difficult.
Literally the employees are killing this place. Every time I go they tell me they don’t have change. How do you run a business and have to keep my change every time to get a cookie. It’s theft. And they’re rude: selectively. I was buying a cookie several times a week. Last 6 times in a. Row I can’t get a cookie without spending an extra 2 or having exact change. And they won’t take a card. It’s a scam. Shut it down. Get something else in. Tme waste of a drive every time now:

I visited this location on yesterday.. When walked inside did not smell fresh cookies baking nor smell of any cookies had been baked that day or possible the last few days! When I pulled cookies out bag they were 3-4days old! They were in beginning stages of being hard. I've been to other locations out of state theirs Always a smell of Fresh baked cookies aroma in the air! I was very disappointed with freshness of my cookies and I will not visit this location again! Not sure if business is slow and they're selling what wasn't sold in last view days or what! But NEVER had I had that experience at other locations I've visited in the last 2years. This location is not a good representations of this business name as I know it in other states and I wish they would take pride in the business name and make fresh cookies and keep them in warmers like the other locations and Stop selling 3-4day old cookies.. You keep this up and this location will not be as successful as others!

Elijah was wonderful! I'd never had these before but decided to today, and they were just so nice and quick. I was taken a little off guard. They were also extra kind to our daughter, who came in with her chaotic kiddo energy. Thank y'all for the kindness today, and for the delicious (EXTREMELY RICH!) cookies!
