Recently renovated Juliette's Bistro in The Downtown Marriott offers a mixed dining experience. While the atmosphere and service are commendable, the food quality varies. The crispy salmon was overcooked and lacked flavor, despite the delicious bed of vegetables. On the other hand, the Shrimp and Grits dish was a standout, with light and fluffy grits. Takeout options like the medium Burger with fresh toppings and Wedge Salad from the bar were also highly recommended. A return visit for the Shrimp and Grits is a must.
