First experience, didn’t meet our expectations, but exceeded it. Honestly, we expected Jumpin Jax to have the quality of those burger chains. Burgers were really good and well put together, bottom bun wasn’t soggy. Service was good. Restaurant was clean and tidy. We got the “Air Things” burger. ?
Nice atmosphere and clean; but customer service was lacking by one. I wish I had gotten the other gentlemans name that was very professional, kind, concerned and went the extra mile to make up for our experience. We ordered the chicken and dumplings which we didn't like; which was okay bc it happens. Well the guy apologized and asked what else could he get for us. Hidden Treasure that I have told everyone where they are. People on my job love this place. I ordered a few breakfast pizzas to allow them to try. It was not a let down, we really enjoyed it. Best burgers and the sweet fries are to die for.So yummy??
