I ordered a banana pudding to go. When I got home to eat it, I realized that they put bar-b-cue sauce in my pudding. I hate it when my food gets sabotaged. I'll never eat there again.

Love love love this BBQ joint. The atmosphere is clean but still BBQ restraint feeling. It’s kind of like Cracker Barrel where everything item you look at on the wall start a new conversation. The service was great, I will say the food took a little longer than expected but definitely well worth it. Also, yes they do have good sweet tea. That’s always my first question when I got to a BBQ joint, the second is if they have good BBQ sauces, and they sure did! I would definitely recommend going here.Parking: The parking was okay, you may have to park in the other parking lot but because it’s part of a little store front community there’s plenty of parking.

We lived in Jacksonville ten years ago and came to Mojo all the time. When we were planning to travel through town for spring break, we made a plan to stop in. Everything was just as delicious as we remembered. The food was so amazing - better than actual North Carolina BBQ we get at home. The service was wonderful, our waitress was helpful and really friendly. It may actually be worth making the seven hour drive just to eat here more often!

Food was mediocre. This used to be an amazing spot...have been in awhile so made a special trip and it wasn't even the level of a Sonny's BBQ.

Absolutely amazing food. Best shrimp and grits I ever had. The mashed sweet potato was amazing too.

We came here on a Thursday evening around 5 and there wasn't many customers. The service was impeccable between both the hostess and the waitress. The food was also good. I got the beef brisket and it was so tender and falling apart. Overall, I definitely recommend this location for dining in if you enjoy attentive service and quality food.

Mac n cheese was bland noodles mixed with more breadcrumbs than cheese. Pulled pork was good. Overpriced for what i got.

If I could give 17 stars for the service, I would. The waitresses here are absolutely fabulous! Funny, skilled, attentive, personality plus, helpful... just the best. I was part of a huge party of 14 or 15. Didn't phase the wait staff one bit. Someone ordered a "to go" meal for another person in our group that didn't make it to the restaurant. When the waitress asked what kind of sauce to go on it, the lady didn't know. The waitress said, "no problem. I'll set you up with a sample pack." I mean, how could you ask for better service?Oh and by the way, the food was fantastic!

The food was excellent. We had the quesadillas with pulled pork and brisket, smoked corn and onion rings. Service by Stacey was excellent and we will be back to request her.

Solid sloppy mojo sandwich a bit more wet and soggy then I would prefer on the bun but overall good. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a country vibe that shows in the decorations, food and music

The shrimp was like chewing rubber and the bacon was hard as rocks. I used to love this place but lately it's nothing but overcooked food and bad attitudes from staff.

I have to say, today was the first time that I have ever left an establishment with a full plate of food untouched still on the table. The service was absolutely horrible. We were seated for at least 15 minutes before we were even greeted. When the food came out, it was cold. The fies looked like they were dipped twice, and the meat was cold to the touch. This was so disappointing! I will not be back.

Had not been here for awhile but will be back soon. Our waitress (Tiffany) was very attentive and pleasant. Food was great, lots of it and hot. Can't wait to go back for more.
