We encountered Planta Pura at Atlantic Beach Farmer’s Market today. I ordered an apple empanada & my wife ordered a black bean empanada. Both were fantastic, but I think the black bean empanada is going to be a new staple for me when we visit the market.Neither of us are vegan or even vegetarian. I had an amazing experience catching Planta Pura at their pop-up shop. Their plant-based chicken sandwich was incredible, with a texture and flavor that surpassed real chicken sandwiches.
