Finding out each day that the EBT was unavailable each day was a total buzz kill, but ROB was awesome! Very patient with us, as we were with him; not his fault things didn't work. We just got back (11:00 am) today from trying one last time and, while the EBT STILL wasn't available, AND all the rib eyes were sold out, Rob STILL made it an experience that we feel is absolutely worth every dollar we spent this morning.
