Came in Saturday between 5 and 530pm. Waited in the drive thru for a few minutes no one answered. I went inside to find 6 employees standing around. Pollo Tropical is a popular restaurant with a menu that appeals to many tastes. The Cuban Sandwich remains a favorite, known for its delicious flavors. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the good food, especially the moist and tasty chicken. Many find that ordering through drive-through or delivery is convenient, and staff members are often friendly and attentive. However, some customers have experienced issues with long wait times, dry chicken, and incorrect or incomplete orders. There have been complaints about the accuracy of Uber Eats orders, with some meals missing items like Yuca bites and cookies. While the sauces and friendly service are well-liked, there is room for improvement in maintaining consistent food quality, order accuracy, and cleanliness. Overall, Pollo Tropical remains a satisfying dining option, but addressing these concerns could make the experience even better.
