I am a New Yorker who is constantly lamenting that we have horrible Chinese food in Jacksonville. I finally found a restaurant that is beyond exceptional for food quality and delivery. I live way back in the forest, in a condominium complex, in a very poorly lit area that is not even visible from the parking lot. If you select the easy food, it's good. Except steamed white rice. Ours was a gummy, gooey, filmy mess. I've never seen white rice so disgusting. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly. The chicken dishes were very good. How does a Chinese restaurant send bad rice out the door? And the fortune cookies were stale.

We have been ordering for at least 2 years and our deliveries have been very good and timely. Tonight we ordered our normal order. This restaurant is 1/2 mile from our home and order is always hot. Tonight the delivery was 4 minutes late and cold. Tried to call the phone # from my confirmation email and it was disconnected.
