We hosted an out of town guest and picked this restaurant for its waterfront view on the rooftop. Our server was friendly and engaging. The wings were great and then we went downstairs for brunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals, high quality stuff. Glad we stopped in and tried something new. My only complaint is that the ice water didn't taste as good as other places I've been in Jacksonville.
I would like to say the service started out poorly. Jacob seemed overwhelmed. He walked past our table several times and avoided making eye contact. Once we asked to speak to the manager, Lisa, came over, very polite and asked us what she could do to make our experience better. We ended.up with a new waitress. Her name was Naomi. There were six of us to celebrate my grandparents' wedding anniversary. Everyone loved their meal and drinks. Jayde provided wonderful service. Cook on the breakfast burger and salmon were spot on, kudos to the kitchen. Drinks were a little slow from the bar but they were clearly hustling and it was peak brunch on Sunday. Mom loved her bloody Mary even more than last time. Only negative is how loud the dining room can get when full.
