I'm not sure why, but this location is guaranteed to be lacking crucial, important ingredients and cannot complete my order sufficiently. On this run, NOO crunches for my grande caramel ribbon"CRUNCH" Frappachino. There have been an enormous amount of times when they didn't have any caramel! I swear if I went there and the barista informed me there aren't any cups or coffee left, I WOULDN'T be THE SLIGHTEST bit SURPRISED. Usually have no problem with this location. They’re speedy and always bring my order out correctly. I come about 4/5 times a week and spend about $15 each time I go. The one time I’m in the area and NOT ordering I ask to use the restroom and the lady at the register told me I couldn’t because I’m not a “paying customer” I spend over $100 here every week and was denied the restroom.
