My boyfriend and I have been coming to the Tropical Smoothie on Southside Blvd and Baymeadows for over a year. Everyone there is so friendly and im extremely picky about how i like my smoothie made. They recently hired Josh as the General Manager and i have never had a better exprience since he took over. I ordered one smoothie, my ticket says 2 items?The wait was oddly long, for only having one person ahead of me and 6+ employees working behind the counter, but only one person was actually making smoothies..? ? The pictures on Google aren't accurate at all.

I always get great service here, super fun energy in this trop smoothie. I've gotten two free smoothies here thru their rewards app. Ordered one two days ago online & I had something come up, so I wasn't able to pick it up. I called an hour and a half later, and not only was the smoothie still there, but it was cold. Idk if they had kept it in the fridge or if the insulating power of their styrofoam cups is just the real deal, but either way, 5 stars.
