In the first place I think y'all are putting this on my phone as saying I was and visited Wendy's when I know y'all are lying somebody just putting it up there to boost their ratings and their own pocket I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time

Came in at 935. The workers stated that they were not making anything that had to be dropped in the fryer, but said I could order a burger then changed their mind and stated they were closed.I was bobtailing my truck and was basically refused service in the lobby 25 mins before closed.

most of these bad reviews are correct.with this many you would think management (owner) would take notice and try and fix things.so sad and these people think they are worth 15.00 per hour......get real!

Literally the worst Wendy's on the east coast. I don't see how they stay in business. Stay away from here at all cost. Cold fries orders are never right incompetent staff incompetent management. Just STAY AWAY. there's another location close by. Place needs to be shut down.

This is the slowest group of African-Americans you have ever seen some of the laziest people this location will tell you anything to keep from taking your order they will close the doors they will pull you forward and make you wait 10 to 15 minutes these people literally close at 10:00 I don't even know how this is even a Wendy's the whole management staff should be fired it's a embarrassment to the Wendy's franchise as I am sitting here watching 10 to 15 cars pull away because they're telling people that they are on shift change at 945 I'm waiting to get my food now it's sad and ridiculous

Bad impression from the entrance. Dirty main door, very dirty. When I saw it, I thought it hadn't been cleaned for months. The soda machine was disgusting, the soda lid area was dirty. And a horrible smell of garbage. Terrible.

if i could give 0 stars i would, this location sucks, worst wendys ever. bf placed a mobile order and paid then they ignored him at counter for 10 min and he had to ask where our order is and they say they dont have it in the system meanwhile he can see his name on the screen says in progress and then ready, so he shows them his phone with the order and they magically find it in the computer but try to tell him he has to go through drive through when we chose inside pickup and they are taking orders inside also, then they didnt give him my lemonade at all, gave us cold food, after waiting over 30 min and gave him a half full drink with no ice, so he dumped it to make it himself and some customer asking him why he pouring his drink out like its her business, not to mention all the staff was VERY rude, and lazy no one is working they just dont wanna do anything, now i remember why i never go to this location, its always awful.

They charged me $8 for the $6 biggie bag meal. If you're gonna charge me extra, at least give me the bigger sandwiches or whatever food that equivalent to the $7 biggie bag. Didn't give me my change back. And I didn't appreciate being snapped at. Staff was rude. Now I remember why I hardly go to this location.

This Wendy's hours of business is incorrect on the door. They've closed before the scheduled time in the last 3 weeks. I work nights, so I've tried to order. I went Friday night around 10:45 pm. They advertise that the lobby is open. That's not true. I have a 30-minute lunch. I waited in line to order, then was told to pull up, and they'll bring my food out. Which was only a son of a Baconator. I was waiting in the line nearly 11 mins. Thanks for the fast food and incorrect business hours. However, the attendant who took my order was professional as should be in that situation. I blame management. This is the new normal, and customer service is non-existent.

I pulled in at the drive thru, 5 pm or so, and was told, "We're on shift change." I sat there a few minutes, the girl said it again, I said so? What does that mean? She said if you want food, you have to go inside. OK # 1, NO!!! .I went thru drive thru because I didn't want to go inside. I pulled away, car in front of me pulled away, 4-5 other cars pulled away. Loosing money due to employees.No Excuse!!! shift changes happen's in hospitals, not fast food chains. Disgusting!!
