“Great steak, and sides. Aged porterhouse is the way to go. The onion strings are perfect. This is the best steak restaurant in Florida. The aged steak is comparable to Peter Lugers, except they are very nice here, unlike the rude Peter Lugers staff. The owner used to work there and has the best steaks and sauce. This is a place to celebrate.“

“We were welcomed at the door by a very gracious host. Any questions about items on the menu were answered with enthusiasm. Our meals were flavorful & large portioned. The chef came to our table to see how our meals were. As the owner stated they are the “new kids on the block”. These “new kids on the block” deserve much success! The way they get it to taste so fresh and like a vanilla cream is just magical! The appetizers, specials and entrees are the best around. I've been 2x, once with son for dinner & once with friend for lunch.. fantastic both times....Staff was excellent... as well as food ... we had burgers, fries, salad, an appetizer etc... everything was top tier... I'm not a beer drinker, but my son loved the selections. They have an upstairs room & I hope they can use more... game night anyone?“
“We ate al fresco at this cafe and had a great meal. A lovely salad of salmon, strawberries and greens was scrumptious. The shrimp sliders were also out of the world. But the pice de resistance was the bread pudding dessert. The server was warm, friendly and hospitable.“

“I walk in and they already know my order. By their own admission im one of their top customers but they've 100% earned it. Now new haven pizza might not be for everyone and some may consider it "burnt" however those with taste buds and a thorough love for pizza will absolutely love coming here. I was born and raised in ct and ate pizza all around new york and ct and since moving to florida this and 1 other place has been my go to to bring me back to what it felt like getting pizza down the road at my parents house. You cant put a price on that. Ive been to at this point probably about 80 to 90 different pizza places in florida alone and i can happily say this is one of if not the best one in florida. I travel an hour every week just to come here for pizza. You won't be disappointed.“
“My husband and I did High Tea for Valentine’s Day and it was lovely! The soups (Butternut Squash and Tomato Roasted red pepper soup) were delicious! This was followed by a green salad and then a tiered tray of finger sandwiches and pastries. The cost ($22 a person) was very reasonable and we were both well satisfied with what we ate. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect, ornate and whimsical. It is located within a jewelry store and the owner and staff is friendly and full of wonderful stories of among other things, High Tea with the Queen. Definitely recommend this quaint tea room and will be back to try some of the a la cart dishes!“

The venue is perfect, the bar was perfect and Amanda is so chill it was so easy to plan. Perfect venue for a baby shower or any sort of event. Super reasonable and delicious drinks. “It was my birthday dinner, and I'd been to the same old Italian restaurants in the area but wanted something new. Carmela's is not really new to me...but I kind of forgot about it. It's been probably 4 years since my last visit, but I used to go there all the time. The pizza is phenomenal...they are known widely for their Grandma pizza, which is a thin crust Sicilian pie...very large and extremely delicious. I had one with eggplant last night, and it was fantastic. I don't quite know what kind of mozzarella they use, but it sure beats any other pizza joint--it has a fresh and creamy taste that you just don't find elsewhere. The same can be said for the pasta dish I had (I know...just how much carb-loading can one person do--but it was my birthday!) I ordered the Shrimp Angelica, a great dish of rotini, artichokes, red peppers, mushrooms, and shrimp--all in a very light cream sauce. No heavy, gluey Alfredo sauce here, I don't know where they're getting their dairy products, but keep it up! The difference in taste is quite noticeable between the mozzarella on the pizza and the cream in the pasta sauce. Maybe there's a dairy cow out back, I don't know. What I do know is it's a great small place with an excellent menu. It fills up quickly, so either get there early or you might have to wait. Prices are very reasonable, and it's a warm atmosphere. The only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is that the rotini was a tad over cooked. Al dente works best in pasta dishes. Try it...you'll like it.“
“Great food. Go there on a hungry tummy and you won’t be disappointed. I got the black and Bleu burger with truffle fries and my fiancée I think got the ribeye/steak of some sort with veggies and we got the flourless chocolate cake, and New York cheesecake. All of it delicious. Also, we’ve been to Kyle Gs and had their poke nachos and here at Circa 69 we got their poke nachos and I felt that while the two restaurants have great nachos, they each have their own style to creating them and both are delicious. ?“
