Our waitress, Kasi, was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and a real sweetheart. The co-owner came by twice to make sure that we were happy.
The presentation of our sushi was lovely and everything we ate was delicious from the appetizers to dessert. I should mention that everything came out rather quickly.

“We had the most enchanting evening with friends at the Sims House. Starting with Southwestern Eggrolls, Sriracha edamame and prosciutto-wrapped figs, each dish bursting with flavor. The locally caught fish were cooked to perfection as was my steak dish and salad. An impressive wine list and a host of beers... sitting under palm trees with twinkling lights... everything was magical. It's so nice to be able to enjoy our weather dining alfresco. All dishes were done to perfection (wish I had taken photos). We enjoyed desserts of creme brulee and chocolate brownie cheesecake. Should you take the pleasure of the Sims House, you won't be disappointed.”

INCREDIBLY AUTHENTIC, Sunset’s Italian ice satisfied a longing I had long ago forgot I even held! It’s been decades since enjoying the refined texture and understated sweetness of this sort of confection. Immediately following my sampling, and stay at the beach, my wife and I went across the street (US 1) and found them, immediately to the left of the Publix in that strip center. So nice to have a local piece of Italian Heaven in Palm Beach County!”

I have never experienced such a lovely time at this coffee shop before today. Despite the barista, Christina, being the only one at the counter today, her service was EXCEPTIONAL. She welcomed me when I walked in, she was patient when I took time looking at the menu, and she was attentive while taking my order. There were a number of customers in the cafe, and she handled each person with such care and kindness. I genuinely hope she receives the recognition that she deserves (and an increase in pay!) because she was the sole reason why I had such a pleasant time there, as I’m sure everyone else there would agree. 10/10 an absolute terrific experience because of her. “I’ve eaten at several Tommy Bahama Restaurants and all (but the Plano, TX restaurant) were great. (The Plano restaurant had the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever visited). But we’re not talking about that outlier, in this case, we’re talking about the Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Harbourside Place in Jupiter.

The Ambiance:
Every Tommy Bahamas restaurant has a great tropical style and the Harbourside Place restaurant is no different. Whenever I eat at one, I feel like I’ve just hopped over to one of my favorite Caribbean Islands.

The Service:
The service here was spot on, attentive but not overbearing. Our server was happy to cater to all our requests with a smile and impressive efficiency.

The Food:
We shared the Macadamia Crusted Goat Cheese which was served with small chunks of mango salsa, sweet soy and flatbread. Was it good? Well, we decided we would come here to dine just on this dish; This is an appetizer you MUST try.

For our entrees, my lovely bride chose the Parmesan-Crusted chicken which topped with a delicious herb cheese and red pepper cream cheese sauce, accompanied by a Yukon Gold mash potatoes and grilled broccoli. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were unbelievably creamy.

I had a wonderfully tender Macadamia Nut Crusted Snapper that was accompanied by a lightly seasoned almond rice and tender grilled asparagus. The dish also came with a wasabi-soy beurre blanc dipping sauce. I’m not sure why it states wasabi since it was not spicy whatsoever but was a perfect accompaniment for the fish.

For dessert we shared the key lime pie which was creamy and more to my wife’s liking (not very tart) than mine (very tart). But I use admit although it could use a bit more bite, was scrumptious.

The bottom Line:
As always my “Customer So What” … would I come back? If it’s a Tommy Bahamas restaurant, it’s always a forgone conclusion. Of course I would come back as I always do.”

The ham and cheese croissant was flaky on the outside and chewy on the inside - toasted to perfection. We will definitely be coming back to try their other items.”

“This place truly deserves to be busier than it is. Possibly the location that people overlook it, but they should not. The owner is a nice guy who sits outside and greets you as you come and opens the door as you leave and thanks you for coming. Something super rare to find. But the food is excellent! Starting off with the homemade garlic knots, the crispy chicken parm and the filet of Sole Francese over pasta. Service was great and really had no complaints.”
