IHOP is a place where servers are accommodating and nice, but the cooks need to speed up. The food is tasty and prepared in an acceptable amount of time. However, the male server was slightly less attentive, and the restaurant cleanliness was lacking. Despite some issues, the Split Decision breakfast was recommended for being properly cooked and appealing. One reviewer had the best IHOP experience with quick service and fantastic food in under 30 minutes.
