When I ask for 3 sauces they look me right in the face and hand me one. I’m not sure if the issue is Wendy’s employees do not know how to count or they just like being combative about giving out sauce. This seems to be a trend at pretty much every fast food place. If a customer has to pay for extra sauce, just say it. I would be happy to pay for it. But instead, they make it difficult and make it seem as if it’s an annoyance to them.

Maria in the drive thru is very RUDE and disrespectful. I spent $27 on food and asked for 3 ghost pepper ranch and she said no I can only give you 2, I offered to pay for the last one she said no it’s against policy. I’ve been to plenty of Wendy’s that’ll just give you the sauce without making a big deal.. when I asked her for her name she said no then asked why and slammed the window in my face. She needs to be trained on good customer service. If it wasn’t for us CUSTOMERS she wouldn’t have a job. The employee behind her was like just give the lady the sauce and she said no..

My grandson turned 12 the other day. He was allowed to choose the restaurant for his birthday meal with Grandpa. All these wonderful restaurants in the Jupiter area, and he picks Wendy's. Hey, it was his choice. I enjoyed my Dave's single cheese with extra pickles and extra Mayo.He devoured his chicken nuggets. We each had a frosty. We were both happy.

We ordered Wendy’s and the DoorDash guy came and left it here and they were missing a sandwich so we contacted the DoorDash guy and he told us to call Wendy’s so we did and they never answered and we never got a refund.

The window woman was a pleasant person. I didn't even need to ask the window clerk for condiments. went this morning for breakfast. It's a touch spicy, so be careful if you enjoy sausage.

After two weeks of stopping in every morning gotta say; poor service. Qr scanner always down and can never use my points or get the deals. Takes 15 minutes just to get a order out several times. Half time when trying figure out what want and get rushed when no one even in line behind me.
They deliberately made the wrong order and gave the wrong order to my Door dasher as well as being unhelpful and telling my dasher they can't redo my
