I am very disappointed in this location. Took a group here at 11:30 for a field trip on Wednesday. Their hours of operation state that they're open from 11:00am-10:00pm. When we arrived, the doors were closed and there was nobody inside. Tried calling and got nothing. I can understand if they needed to close for the day, or even if they were out of business, but there were no signs indicating that. Very disappointing.

was there for a doordash pickup order. it was only 2 smalll pizzas and i waited over 20 min and he argued with me saying he never got that order when it was on doordash tablet in front of him. he was very rude! and bad attitude. bad for business

Guy who takes the orders, Sam so I understand, maybe owns or manages the place don't know but rude AF. I live in walking distance from the place. Won't ever order or eat there again. Foods decent but plenty of that around here. Wish Zips continued success but my money or presence will do nothing to add to it. Last visit was today as long as this guy works here and definitely if he owns the place.

Good pizza but don’t get delivery! The issue is Zips, not the delivery co. I’ve used 2 different ones and did pick up. Disorganized!
Two not so great experiences within 2 weeks. First time I ordered to go. Ordered 4 dishes and appetizer. Drive back to farms. Sauce is missing on one dish. Pasta missing on another. Ordered zeppolies for four people. They gave me five pieces in total. Thats maybe enough for one person. I decided not a big deal, mistakes happen and did not call. Then tonight I order a meat filled pizza. It arrives and they did not slice it. I don't have a pizza slicer. seems so basic. Just surprised because many people say positive things. Food seems pretty good but who checks orders before leaving? I live in back of the farms I’m not going to drive all the way back.
