“My family and I were headed on our way out of The Keys. We were looking for waterfront with some good reviews. We were so surprised to find this hidden gem. From start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The outdoor dining is creative with little water fountains and cute decor. The food was some of the best and freshest we found in the Keys. My husband loved the ribs, said they were “on point”. My sisters fish tacos were so fresh ..they had to have caught it that morning!? She raved about it. I have to say that my salad was one of the freshest I’ve ordered at a Seafood restaurant. Props to our waiter Steven, he was refreshingly funny and exceptionally attentive even though they were very busy. Some of the best service I’ve ever had to be honest! I don’t know how this place isn’t 5 stars? People Need to rate when it’s great too!! We will definitely be back!”

“Doc’s diner is a wonderful restaurant. I needed take out breakfast for 35 people to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday. Gina was so accommodating. The food was in serving trays , as asked. The food was hot, the portions were large, and the price was fair. All the food was delicious- I especially liked the pancakes. All the staff were friendly and the order was ready at the agreed upon time. I would give more than five stars if I could.”

“Oh my… it was delicious. My daughter, who is very picky, ended up eating half of my cubano because she said it smelled so good and once she tried it she was hooked.

We ordered online and it was ready when they said it would be. Walked into the restaurant and was greeted right away with a friendly hello.

We got chicken, beef and spinach empanadas and the plantains. I thought the spinach was the best. We also ordered chicken kids meal and they came with tons of chicken fingers and fries.

Haven’t left the island yet but we will be back for sure! I enjoy supporting local eateries that provide delicious food.”

“The Armory Speakeasy is a hidden gem with a unique, intimate atmosphere and excellent craft cocktails. The Old Fashioned is especially outstanding — perfectly balanced, smooth, and expertly prepared. A great spot for date night or a stylish night out. Highly recommend!”

“Small - parking can be a bit challenging but worth it. Can’t wait to try the Friday Fish Fry. Our breakfasts were awesome - the SOS is 100% home made and the Eggs Benedict were some of the best according to my wife.”

The strawberry banana smoothie was refreshing and went well with the meal. Prices were excellent for the quality and portion size. Ideal spot to grab it to go and eat over at the state park.”

“My wife and I were expecting the normal overpriced resort patio with normal iffy food. Thankfully, the Palm Court was not this. First, the pricing was perfectly reasonable. But more importantly, the food was really tasty. We ate lunch and I ordered a shake and fish tacos with waffle fries and they were both simply delicious. If you are staying at ORC, this is an excellent lunch spot.”

“They were very packed during the first day of of the lobster event where it was 20 bucks for the meal. They were so busy and and the workers continue to keep up with the very hot heat. This was my family‘s first time going out there. We going out there again on Sunday because we enjoyed the music and the food was great. The pricing for the lobster meal was a good price.”

“This place is a great hole in the wall. It has a no frills ambiance, but our server was fantastic. We had the legendary conch fritter. It is huge and so perfect, with tender conch and a sweet type of batter. If you are an uptight picky pants, move right along.”

“I’ve dealt with two Marine Max locations. Trust when I tell you that Marine Max Ocean Reef is a standard above the norm. The service both by the sales staff and service staff has been extraordinary. “We went to Bayside Grille for my husband’s birthday while vacationing in the Key’s. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. Andreas was or server and he was very attentive and helpful. We had the 5 oz. Tenderloin cooked perfectly and tasted so good! Andreas recommended the cowboy topping which we enjoyed as well. The salads were delicious as well as the chocolate birthday cake. We highly recommend Bayside Grille and would definitely go back.”

“On vacation in the keys and my son wanted to try fishing. We stopped into this shop looking for tackle. The staff were more than welcoming and very helpful. They put us on the right gear to use to catch fish. They also gave my son a tour of the live baits they sell. Amazing place, if you’re in the area I highly recommend you stopping in there!”

“The resort has beautiful grounds and well maintained. The drinks at sunset is a really lovely touch, and the pizzas at Dry Rocks were exceptionally good. However, the room we stayed in (which has a kitchenette) needs work and fails to provide the basics which I would think is a health issue ie. no dishwashing or handwashing liquid. There is also no kitchen plug to wash dishes. Considering the daily cost, I would have thought that these would have been provided. Between booking the resort and arriving, the resort changed from self parking to valet parking and failed to communicate this and the increased cost. I wouldn’t have booked knowing it was valet only parking as we would rather be self sufficient and have easy vehicle access. On this basis, although we enjoyed ourselves, we wouldn’t stay again at the resort and would consider another option.”
