“My family and I were headed on our way out of The Keys. We were looking for waterfront with some good reviews. We were so surprised to find this hidden gem. From start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The outdoor dining is creative with little water fountains and cute decor. The food was some of the best and freshest we found in the Keys. My husband loved the ribs, said they were “on point”. My sisters fish tacos were so fresh ..they had to have caught it that morning!? She raved about it. I have to say that my salad was one of the freshest I’ve ordered at a Seafood restaurant. Props to our waiter Steven, he was refreshingly funny and exceptionally attentive even though they were very busy. Some of the best service I’ve ever had to be honest! I don’t know how this place isn’t 5 stars? People Need to rate when it’s great too!! We will definitely be back!”

“Whether you’re looking for authentic Cuban coffee or not, this little food truck spot is a must stop. Whether you like your coffee iced or strong, they know exactly what good coffee should taste like. The owner was incredibly sweet and even came outside to greet us and take our order personally. We tried the banana bread too, and it was absolutely delicious — moist, fresh, and full of flavor. We only stopped for coffee and a quick treat this time, but if the food is anything like the coffee, we’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend! ☕🍌”

“A BIG SALUTE to the Armory Speakeasy at The Post In Key Largo.

What a fun and unique experience. The Armory has a hidden entrance in the back of the building via a tunnel. You then pick up a hidden walkie-talkie and give them a secret code, which is posted on their social media sites daily. It’s really fun! The decor theme is amazing. The walls are lined with photographs to honor local military members. There’s also a Missing Man table that is quite moving.

We sat at the bar. It was a great experience. Since the place is dimly lit, the back lit menus are a great idea. We had yummy appetizers. The General’s Old Fashion was delish.
It was quite the experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.”

“My wife and I were expecting the normal overpriced resort patio with normal iffy food. Thankfully, the Palm Court was not this. First, the pricing was perfectly reasonable. But more importantly, the food was really tasty. We ate lunch and I ordered a shake and fish tacos with waffle fries and they were both simply delicious. If you are staying at ORC, this is an excellent lunch spot.”

“I’ve dealt with two Marine Max locations. Trust when I tell you that Marine Max Ocean Reef is a standard above the norm. The service both by the sales staff and service staff has been extraordinary. “On vacation in the keys and my son wanted to try fishing. We stopped into this shop looking for tackle. The staff were more than welcoming and very helpful. They put us on the right gear to use to catch fish. They also gave my son a tour of the live baits they sell. Amazing place, if you’re in the area I highly recommend you stopping in there!”

This was my family‘s first time going out there. We going out there again on Sunday because we enjoyed the music and the food was great. The pricing for the lobster meal was a good price.”

“This place is a great hole in the wall. It has a no frills ambiance, but our server was fantastic. We had the legendary conch fritter. It is huge and so perfect, with tender conch and a sweet type of batter. If you are an uptight picky pants, move right along.”

“Bogie's is such a cool place! It is situated at the Holiday Inn in Key Largo by their fabulous pool with waterfall. It is a good-sized tiki hut with comfortable high top chairs. It is in the shade. There are tables with umbrellas and another smaller tiki hut for seating.

I want to commend the guys that work there and how they provided A+ service while we were staying there (May 7-9). They were hard workers and brought our meals to us by the pool and even picked up the plates after we were done. All with a nice smile!

The food was delicious. We had Chicken Fingers one day and the next day, Chicken & Cheese quesadillas! Both were good choices. We enjoyed Bogie's.”

“Breakfast - Overpriced, which you come to expect at hotel restaurants in this area. I enjoyed the blueberry skillet pancake, kind of a different take, more similar to a large muffin. French toast, not really monkey bread, but it was good. The granola bowl was good, though inconsistent with the portions of yogurt.

Atmosphere is very pleasant, this hotel is beautiful.

Service has unfortunately gotten worse over time as I have been here in the past and staff were more kind/ attentive.”

“We could not find a bad place to eat in the keys that being said this was my favorite. The mango Mojito was so good. I will be adding it to the drinks that I make it home from now on. This was also my first time trying pork belly. It was phenomenal. The excellence of the food was only matched by the view out the big open doors that they had out to the beach. just walking in to the restaurant from the parking lot was a great experience and we couldn’t help but taking pictures. overall, this restaurant was magical and summed up our experience with the keys.”

“The resort has beautiful grounds and well maintained. The drinks at sunset is a really lovely touch, and the pizzas at Dry Rocks were exceptionally good. However, the room we stayed in (which has a kitchenette) needs work and fails to provide the basics which I would think is a health issue ie. no dishwashing or handwashing liquid. There is also no kitchen plug to wash dishes. Considering the daily cost, I would have thought that these would have been provided. Between booking the resort and arriving, the resort changed from self parking to valet parking and failed to communicate this and the increased cost. I wouldn’t have booked knowing it was valet only parking as we would rather be self sufficient and have easy vehicle access. On this basis, although we enjoyed ourselves, we wouldn’t stay again at the resort and would consider another option.”

“First time at Sharky's. Nice little dive place on the canal in Key Largo. We ordered the fish dip, which was very good, and fried fresh mushrooms and coconut shrimp. Overall satisfied with this restaurant. Good menu selection. Staff was great and ut was a nice spot for lunch.”

“We had a party of 7 last Saturday afternoon. The lobby was open. All 7 orders were perfect. The tables were clean as was the restroom. We enjoyed our meal and left. We didn't realize until yesterday that my wife left her purse there. We drove over and the lobby was closed so we went thru the drive through. The young lady at the window was cheerful and greeted me with a smile even though I didn't place an order. I asked her if they found a purse yesterday. She asked the color and if there was an ID in the purse. I gave her the information and she returns with the purse! I was amazed it was still there. All of her cash and credit cards were still there. I thanked the young lady and gave her a tip to show our appreciation. Not only was the food good and the staff helpful and cheerful, they are also honest. Well done! My family lives on Key Largo and will definitely make Arby's part of our fast food rotation. Thank you Arby's!”

“This place was nothing short of amazing. We went to dinner with our two teenagers, one is a strict vegetarian. We sat out on the deck area near the docks/marina but nonetheless it is was a perfect spot with great food, greatmusic, great service, there is nothing about this place that any of us didn't enjoy.

One of our favorite things about the place was all of the marine life that inhabit this particular area that seek ( and find!) comfort & safety in the water.

1st thing we saw, (August 30th), was a giant manatee just living its best life right next to the dock!
You can go down & feed them if you'd like ;)

We also saw Tarpon, crabs, and quite a few fully grown nurse sharks hanging with their fam.

Definitely a place to eat with the family and also a great place to go on a date:)

“Calusa at Bakers Cay was one of the highlights of our trip to Key Largo. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor patio, nestled above the trees, offers an incredible panoramic view of the water. I’ve been coming to the Florida Keys for years, and I can honestly say this was the most stunning sunset view I’ve experienced.

The food was excellent, but what really set this place apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You could tell they truly enjoy working there and take pride in making guests feel at home.

A special thank you to our waitress, Virginia, who was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, personable, and made our evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in Key Largo with amazing food, breathtaking views, and exceptional service, Calusa at Bakers Cay is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!”
