We ate here 3 different times during our stay at the Hyatt. Bartenders are excellent and the chef just as much so. Nothing we got was bad. Cute place with pool & ping pong table to use at no cost.

Really enjoyed the convenience of having Abbey Road there. .Drinks by the pool. And great Breakfast!!Shout out to Marcella she was friendly and took great care of us..The prices are very reasonable.

This is a really great restaurant at the Hyatt Residence Club Winward Pointe. Lots of fresh, tasty food and great prompt service. If you're staying at the Hyatt Winward Pointe, you need to visit at least a couple times during your stay as it is so convenient and tasty. You really can't compare the convenience of its location if you're a guest there. The alternative is to drive into Duval Street, park for $20 to $30 bucks, and then pay pretty expensive prices for the restaurants there. Really nice views and relaxing atmosphere. Abbey Road is a really great value!! I had a cheeseburger in Paradise there!!!

This would get five stars but it really depends on the chef and server. Ate here three times. Two times it was on point - good great - service perfect. One other time no so good. Small poolside bar and grill with some nice specials but once again the person wort the grill and the person taking the order determines the star rating. Good luck getting the right combination of workers

If you're staying at the Hyatt, this is the only place to grab a bite or beverage on property. I had a strawberry daiquiri, shrimp on a skewer (6) and chicken wings (6). The drink was excellent the rest typical bar food, not bad, not fabulous. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You cannot access this spot unless you are staying at the hotel. What a shame. We didn't want your pool, we needed a snack. What's the point if a shack that you can't get to their snacks?

Had a GREAT experience here last week. Looked for local options to go pick up food after assuming the poor Google score and it being a resort bar shack would not be worthy. WRONG!!! Walked down with zero/no expectations and ended up ordering Chicken Tacos, Conch Fritters and a Ceasars Salad with Chicken. Everything was outstanding. They were busy but the chef is a pro and was plating everything for us to-go as I walked back in 15 minutes later. The bartender works with her head on a swivel. She's very efficient and polite working the window for drinks and orders as well as inside. I was apprehensive to order the Conch Fritters but I hadn't had them on this trip down yet PLUS then when I saw the price I was a little put off too. Let me tell you something; they were a complete homerun and by far the best I've ever had in my life. The dipping sauce too. WOW!!! Even the taco shells were lightly grilled and it was the same grilled chicken on the tacos as was the chicken served on the Caesar salad. We were very, very happy with the quality, price and service. With tax and tip and whatever it came to $52.52 for the 3 food items. So super easy and convenient it has probably changed my mind I'm giving pool Tiki's an opportunity to earn our business in the future.

My flight out was delayed and I was looking for a meal. Since I am not a great fan of airport eats, I discovered this place with a location app and hoofed over for breakfast. I was able to get a key for the gated area of the resort (no open access that I could see) from the front desk without any hassle (told them I was hoping to get a meal while waiting for a flight). The menu was small but seemed to cover all the basics. My food consisted of scrambled eggs, French toast, and bacon with a passion fruit mimosa. Price was excellent for the food (cocktail basically doubled the tab).

Fish taco, beef taco with home made corn chips. salmon burger, chicken sandwiche with fries. Was pretty good! Only thing 1order was ready to go. But other order was ready in 30 more minutes later. That's why 4 stars.

Found in the Hyatt Residence Club this is a delightful place to eat. This year they expanded their offerings to include breakfast and dinner meals. Just ate a wonderful NY strip dinner and it was one of the best dinners that I have had during our 2 week stay in Key West. Full bar and drinks are great. Brian runs a great place and takes good care of his patrons. Beatle fans will love the history here. Come out and book a few nights here at the Residence Club and you won’t have to leave the resort.
