Just finished up our tour at the distillery and it was amazing! Always love a good distillery tour, and the staff here was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The social club attached is a great stopping point and we got tokens for complimentary drinks too!
Great experience, very cool distillery, our guide, Mark, took us through a brief Hemingway history and their rum making process, a worthwhile stop on your Key West visit! Great rum and cocktails too…get the clarified Daiquiri!

Stopped in to grab something to gift friends, and ended up doing a tasting with Brie. Brie was so educated and taught us so much, and really made this casual pop-in a lovely part of our day. We ended up getting several bottles for ourselves and friends, and are grateful for all the guidance offered! The rum really is special. Looking forward to tasting the reserve bottle soon. As Brie recommended, the blonde makes really special mojitos- way less sugar needed than usual.
