Food was good, atmosphere good, but I can't get over what I experienced at a "breakfast restaurant" . Ordered the pancakes(2 pancakes $14.00), and as you see in the photo they are served with a little plastic cup of syrup. The syrup served is sufficient for about 25%of the pancake portion. I was told that because the syrup is "terribly expensive", that the owner requires they charge and additional $3 for every additional tiny little plastic cup of syrup. Realistically, you could spend another $9($23 for 2 pancakes) just to get to the point where you would be in any other restaurant that serves 2 pancakes without any "syrup restriction". Really a big turnoff, wonder if the owner realizes what a bad perception this creates?

Stuffed strawberry & cream french toast is super yummy! Skillets are great and huge portions, husband and I split, and fresh fruit! Highly recommend!

Great breakfast club. Lovely under the sea atmosphere. Quick service. The food was great. We shared the pancake board and tried 3 different bennies and a huge breakfast burrito. Coffee waa great. I'm definitely recommending it.Vegetarian options: eggs and veggies for everyoneParking: Cross the street paid parking lot. $5 for an hour.Kid-friendliness: Yes. They will love the under the sea team. Plenty of pancakes and waffles.

This place is always crowded and there's a reason for that - the food's really good and the service is excellent. Fresh tasting food served hot with nice sized portions, what's there not to like?! Next time I go, I want to try the pancake charcuterie board as that looked fun and delicious.
