After waiting at the counter about 5 minutes (not too long) we were told we had to order for the kiosk ?. No sign was at the counter to tell us that! When ordering, you are asked if it’s to take out or eat in. We chose to eat in and ordered the $20 family meal. After getting our meal we realized we weren’t give plates. My husband went up to get plates and were told they didn’t have plates so they gave us these boxes instead ???♀️. What the heck!!! Not cool KFC!!
We walked up to the counter and no one was there. The people who were working in the back saw us, but no one bothered to come up to the counter to take our order.We decided to leave, and on our way out, we saw two kiosks by the door with a sign that said "Place order here".We decided to try it.The user interface was easy to navigate. Food was good but the 20 min plus wait was ridiculous. The drive thru was fine but went in to order very bad mistake. It wasn’t busy in store but drive thru was busy. I think manager needs some training since poor kid at register was getting slack from customers.
