I have only ordered from here a handful of times and every time i try and order again, something always goes wrong. The first time I ordered they gave me the wrong food and the lady argued with me saying that, that was what I ordered. The other day I ordered and I waited 15 minutes for just a chicken sandwich and their was only one person in front of me who also got angry and asked for a refund. And today they didn't have corn but the sign they put up was not infront of the kiosk so I didn't see it and when I told the manager she didn't seem to care. There should be a way to put things out of product in the system so I can't order and pay for something you don't have!

I love KFC and recently learned of this location, so I thought I'd try it.Walked in and saw that there are only about four or five tables. One family with messy small child was spread out over two of them, essentially blocking the only path to the ordering counter. After managing to pass by, I got to the counter where there was no-one at all. I peeked around the back and was told to wait a minute.Patiently I waited and then placed my order for a three-piece combo meal. I paid, got my cup and went over to the soda dispenser to get my drink.The messy family got up and left at that point and sure enough, they left their dirty plates, leftover french fries, and, I think, a bag of dirty clothes. It was totally disgusting - but no-one from the staff was doing anything about it. I ended up sitting at the farthest table, which in this small space was just past the "mess".I waited a good bit for the meal to come out. It was boxed and bagged like a take-out, but that was OK. Once I opened the box, I saw that I was given a four-piece meal when I ordered a three-piece. Checking the receipt, I was charged for a 4-piece.I ate my meal and the food was fairly good, so I had no complaints there. But the restaurant's cleanliness was a total disaster.Parking: The building is divided between a KFC and a Pizza Hut. The free parking lot is only on the Pizza Hut side, so you have to walk a bit farther to find the door to the KFC.

I went thru the drive thru and they forgot my utensils so I went in for that and some sauce and people have been inside waiting for an hour all the kids were in the back not helping anyone out. The kids were touching themselves and everything else then handling the food. There clearly didn’t seem to be any manager in the building or if there were they were outside smoking. I didn’t get my utensils for about 10 minutes until I asked when an employee walked right past everyone twice. Some kid dropped a mothers food and laughed and said “my bad” its disgusting these kids won’t know real life skills when it comes to them being older because the jobs they work at can’t even be ran the proper way.

It would be nice if they were to hire adults. The young employees don’t really take ownership of their jobs. And if there is an adult in the team is probably hiding in the back. I have order my food waited for 20 minutes just to be told they ain’t got chicken thighs but the screen shows my order is complete. (See photo) yet I’m still waiting for my food.

Absolutely disgusting and shall not be open. First and foremost, none of the Incompetent workers in here were name tags to identify Who is cooking my food? Then the Ignorance of completing an actual order which is the items that’s on your menu but you say oh sorry we don’t have that. We have to wait 30 minutes. Bro ? do better This is Orlando , Florida Disney area. You need to step the game. Pack up and move onStill don’t have our food yet Corporate is so apologetic for the 15th time

After waiting at the counter about 5 minutes (not too long) we were told we had to order for the kiosk ?. No sign was at the counter to tell us that! When ordering, you are asked if it’s to take out or eat in. We chose to eat in and ordered the $20 family meal. After getting our meal we realized we weren’t give plates. My husband went up to get plates and were told they didn’t have plates so they gave us these boxes instead ???‍♀️. What the heck!!! Not cool KFC!!

We walked up to the counter and no one was there. The people who were working in the back saw us, but no one bothered to come up to the counter to take our order.We decided to leave, and on our way out, we saw two kiosks by the door with a sign that said "Place order here".We decided to try it.The user interface was easy to navigate. It showed exactly how many of each piece was "standard" in a bucket but gave us the opportunity to modify. So, we modified wings to thighs or breasts ($1.00 upcharge for breasts).I found it easier to make modifications on the kiosk, than to try to explain it to a cashier!The final test..... will we actually GET the pieces that we ordered? WE DID.So, despite the weird unexpected beginning, the RESULT was great. We got exactly what we ordered, hot, fresh and tasty.

No management and no staff! Horrific! Do not go here! No one is working any of the food the drive-through is sitting for a half hour. It's like no manager no process nothing.

Wasn’t able to order at all because they are low on staff. They giving priority to customers who order to go rather then if you go inside to go purchase food. I ended up living because the cashier saw that i was there but completely ignore.
