Per my conversation with Supervisor Channing, I was informed to email corporate to provide feedback.My 3 children received several As on their report cards for the last quarter. That usually results in complimentary glazed donuts and they have been through this process for many years. The representative at this location advised they got in trouble from corporate for not asking and accepting paper hard-copy printed report cards so they could sign them. Therefore they didn't even look at my screenshots on my cell phone. I don't think it's fair for schools who don't even provide the printed copies. Additionally I advised we don't have access to a printer. They don't even allow students to print report cards published online due to security reasons. No exception was made at the store this evening. My thought is that someone can print the report cards multiple times and still redeem free donuts for the student's As even when presented with a hard copy the first time. This is a completely flawed system.I wasn't offered alternative solutions. I eventually asked for deals and purchased 2 dozen glazed donuts. I drove away from the drive-thru finding we even had a free dozen reward on the app that wasn't even brought to my attention. This did not meet my family's satisfaction.

I’m not the person who like to leave comments like that but, the last two days that I visited this place I received a bad customer services. Surprised, there is a cashier named Kiowa (drive thru) and he refused to gave me the offer that is on that time. I’m very disappointed and I hope that the manager do something about it. Specially this offer supposed to be 9.99 because the St. Patrick’s collection but, he refused to have me the offer and he charged me as a regular price.

Here on Google map it says that they serve until 11:00 p.m. at the store and 24 hours a day ordering from the vehicle, we arrived at 10:47 p.m. and they didn't serve us, not even in the store because the doors were closed and not through the self-service...We advanced to the windows but no one from those inside came close until it was 11:00 p.m., but even so the self-service is supposed to be open 24 hours a day according to what they have published...Lack of seriousness, commitment and will on the part of the people who work in the place and absolute lack of respect for the consumer customer.

The attitude from the drive thru girl was like a middle schooler trying to get back to their TikTok scrolling. They tried saying they were about to close and to hurry up when we pulled up 30 minutes before closing time and just started our order. We took less than 5 minutes and we would have been faster if she didn’t interrupt saying for us to pull around before we finished with her excuse being “we’re trying to close so…”
I love Krispy Kreme overall. The reason I gave the rating was for Cinnamon Roll Sundays. If that is a featured day for cinnamon rolls then they shouldn’t run out they should be making throughout the day. It’s a popular item I drove 30 minutes waited 15 minutes in the drive through just to be told sold out.

Employees seemed to get flustered easily. Made an online order came in an waited, a line formed after I came in and so they told me I’d have to wait, so I said “so what’s the point of having online order if I have to wait in line when I get here and the people who are in line now came in after me” after I spoke up they seemed to jump to getting my order but seemed super rude. Should it be this stressful for some donuts? Should I have to be rude to get my order? Should I expect this?
