This location was very clean. It is the first McDonald's I have been to that has a pay cash option at the kiosk. They were also very friendly when they brought us our food.

The food was fine, no problem about that. We went through the drive thru, and the worker couldn't understand us, so we had to say our order 3 times. Then, we get up to the window and the next worker is confused because their system is down. No check, confused workers, not good communication, etc.
Drive thru even with app order for drive thru pick up was horrible burger over cooked and waited after waiting in drive thru another 15 mins in a parking space even though I placed the order in app 15 mins prior to getting to store. Time to put priority to service and customer experience

Went through the drive thru was told to pull forward cause they were waiting on fries. When I got my food, fries were cold, and my cheeseburgers had gotten cold. The whole reason I pulled forward was for hot fries, and these had been sitting.

Why have app ordering with curbside pickup spots if you don't use them ? You force people post order to have to leave their cars to go in . Be upfront! And if not using curbside spots take down the signs and let your customers who are eating there to park there. Have you really stopped thinking of your clientele so much that you don't care they have to walk in when they don't want they could've just did a drive thru order . Or think of your eat in clients walking from back of parking lot because you have bogus signs for app order parking. Add like 10 spots for drive thru orders have you become that slow you need 10 spots for drive thru think about it how many minutes in each order to go thru line and pay to then park to the side. Sad guys management/ franchise ownership you are failing take ownership and fix it

Nothing like having an employee go off on me for saying the order on the screen was wrong. I then had to pull up for my iced coffees and when I got it they had spat in my drinks! They tried to charge me for their lunch apparently, I ordered 2 iced coffees and they were trying to charge me for a #1 meal.
