Never been so annoyed at a Wendy’s before! I went on a Sunday night and the person, who I assume was the manager, was at the front. He had a rude attitude towards the clients and staff, interrupted the other workers when they were helping clients, and would talk very loudly and non-stop about irrelevant things that just made being there dreadful. The employee in this Wendy's not nice to their customers. They either ignore them or short when serving the customers. One gentleman simply asked for some ketchup. There was one employee that was about to give the some ketchup, but the employee wearing black stop the employee and said not to give him any ketchup. After I had paid for my order and it had been registered in my bank, they did not want to deliver it to me because it supposedly did not appear in their systems. And it wasn't enough with that and the hostility of the supposed manager named Francisco, I had to stay in the store while I called my bank to cancel the transaction when I heard him talking disparagingly about me to another customer. I think that a person like that should not work serving the public.
