After I had paid for my order and it had been registered in my bank, they did not want to deliver it to me because it supposedly did not appear in their systems. And it wasn't enough with that and the hostility of the supposed manager named Francisco, I had to stay in the store while I called my bank to cancel the transaction when I heard him talking disparagingly about me to another customer. I think that a person like that should not work serving the public.

Never been so annoyed at a Wendy’s before! I went on a Sunday night and the person, who I assume was the manager, was at the front. He had a rude attitude towards the clients and staff, interrupted the other workers when they were helping clients, and would talk very loudly and non-stop about irrelevant things that just made being there dreadful. He also had a narcissistic and childish attitude of always wanting attention and making unnecessary jones, and was not providing proper customer service to clients. For example, when a client asked a worker for sauces, one, they didn’t have anything but honey mustard and ketchup, and two, the manager interrupted and spoke over the worker who was already answering the question. At this time, the manager was also trying to make unnecessary jokes with the client instead of just giving them what they needed. This is just an example, but the manager was acting like this the entire time I was there. The sit-down area also had a self-serve area that didn’t have anything, no napkins or nothing. When I needed something, I wish the area had been restocked to avoid going up to where the manager was.

The employee in this Wendy's not nice to their customers. They either ignore them or short when serving the customers. One gentleman simply asked for some ketchup. There was one employee that was about to give the some ketchup, but the employee wearing black stop the employee and said not to give him any ketchup. He needs to go to the condiment station and get it with a sharp tone.Today, we came in for a quick snack. I wanted to try the new pumpkin frosty. They serve me soupy frosty. I told the server this is firm it is so soupy. He completely ignore me and serve the customer behind me. Last time I am coming here.

Manager and service workers were completely disrespectful unprofessional and disregard the customer completely. This is not the first time. Management has much to be desired I don't pay money to have bad experiences.

After having a 2 hour drive through the turnpike and wanting to obtain food for my sons before we got home, we arrived at 6:47pm and the gates were open. The managers had taken care of us quickly we stood there until the gates closed. some of the staff we're working so hard cleaning the lobby this location is by far the best clean and fast food service I've seen. I give 5 stars to everyone including all the managers.

After having a 2 hour drive through the turnpike and wanting to obtain food for my sons before we got home, we arrived at 9:36 and the gates were closed. The purpose of business hours is to know when a business closes. I understand some of the staff wants to get home at a decent time. Either get staff willing to keep the doors open in time or close earlier. This is a very big inconvenience to consumers. Hope they can rectify this soon!

Was trying to order food around 5pm yesterday and was approached in a disrespectful manner that they will not take my order at the counter and was told I had to use the kiosk which I don’t mind but it did not have the crispy chicken BLT option on the kiosk that I wanted , I come to this location every weekend after I finish my shopping and never have a problem. After telling the young disrespectful kid at the counter he made it seem like I was annoying him to have to do his job after him mumbling under his breath I decided to take my business to McDonald’s.
