My wife's mobile order never went through, even with the confirmation number. Between her order, and me receiving the food in the store, it took almost an hour. There was a young woman up front with red and black hair running the entire show. She was dealing with the tons of pushy and rude customers and our order mix-up, on top of training someone. At 1:35 I come and order a strawberry salad with some nuggets, I get home and as I was about to eat it I noticed that my “salad” didn’t have much lettuce, I got frustrated because why charge almost $12 for a salad that had little toping and a cheap amount of lettuce.
