Knowing they were expecting a large number of customers, (90+), they should have had more than one waitress to handle that amount. I felt sorry for her. She was trying her best, but, she was overwhelmed. The Middletown, New York, reunion luncheon has become an annual event. Hopefully, if we continue to have it at Gator's Dockside, they will better plan their staffing.
Classic burger! The wait staff was a bit cheeky - how is that for atmosphere! Fries were as they should be! Nice location for watching people go by in the Spanish springs town square! Good service but call me cranky but wish a bit more attention — then I would call it world class!
