Knowing they were expecting a large number of customers, (90+), they should have had more than one waitress to handle that amount. I felt sorry for her. She was trying her best, but, she was overwhelmed. The Middletown, New York, reunion luncheon has become an annual event. Hopefully, if we continue to have it at Gator's Dockside, they will better plan their staffing.

The food was terrible, French onion soup looked like coffees small square of cheese .. no crouton and onions in soup, and the spinach dip came with 15 chips to share. The atmosphere is great because they have the downtown square out the window. Don’t waste you money on food.

Classic burger! The wait staff was a bit cheeky - how is that for atmosphere! Fries were as they should be! Nice location for watching people go by in the Spanish springs town square! Good service but call me cranky but wish a bit more attention — then I would call it world class!

Great place to grab a bite to eat. The staff are friendly. The food is cooked fresh and to order. We love the chicken club and onion petals, the southwest egg rolls, and their bang bang shrimp. Most of the dishes we've tried have been amazing.

This review is based on the 3 times that I've been there. The 1st and 2nd time the food and service were above average (☆☆☆☆). Something changed this time (3rd)(☆☆). The food was below par.(almost cold) The service also was off, almost indifferent that I was there. I'll probably try it again, knowing they can do better.When the food and service fall off so drastically, something has to change, it could be the beginning of the end for this establishment.
It took forever to get served are drinks! Then when the food came are french onion soup looked like black coffee. My daughters burger was ordered medium and came well done in fact it was over done! 2 people in our group got served and it took over 15 minutes for the rest of us to get served! We felt we were forgotten by are server. The time in between when are server was present and not was ridiculous! So to sum it up there wasnt one thing that was decent! The manager of this location has alot to do to get this restaurant shaped up. If that happens i would be very open to trying it again but until i see evidence of this happening! I wont be back and any group im with wont either!RR

Kacie next time call in. We feel like we burdened you for coming in. Bickering about who gets off first. We just wanted the Monte Cristo. Service was one of the worst so far. Air pods should not be allowed in a kitchen. Manager was absent. Sadly this place has gone down hill. Ticket times on drinks 20min.
