Wife and I went to get two ice cream milk shakes. Server was very polite, but we ended up getting two glasses of milk. We are not sure they even put any ice cream in at all. Spent $25 for two glasses of milk. Better off getting a candy bar from the snack bar in lobby.

Just dont...yes it looks easy because it's right there in the hotel, and sure, how can a place named "The Fountain" mess up classics. They do, dont spend the money. Go upstairs to the convenience store and buy a sandwich and snicker bar. It is cheaper and guaranteed to taste better.

Skip the next three paragraphs if you don’t want to read my little rant. ?Let me tell you a little story… Years and years (20 years) ago, WDW used to have “off seasons” where you could go to the resorts and ask if you could park and have lunch/dinner or just enjoy the resort’s shopping and atmosphere. Now, you need a hotel or dining reservation to be able to park there or it’s too bad, so sad. I get it because it’s a way to get into the parks easier without paying for parking, but as someone who absolutely loves and enjoys the resorts, it’s frustrating! (Not all resorts.)Well, during that lovely era, we’d often go to the Beach Club and walk into Beaches and Cream (without a reservation), sit at the counter, eat some of the best grilled chicken sandwiches, share a sundae, walk around the boardwalk and call it a lovely time.The menu changed and the chicken sandwiches were no longer great and I don’t think they sell Edy’s ice cream anymore and it tastes different. So we stopped going (and it was harder to get reservations).Imagine my surprise when I found myself at the Dolphin Resort and I saw this restaurant just plunked down in the middle of a hallway, and it looked like a little diner/soda shop. You could even sit at the counter! I decided to give it a chance.I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (which comes with fries). It was delicious. I might have done a little dance while I ate it. And! They sell ice cream, sundaes, and shakes. I didn’t try any of the ice cream this trip but I will try it again, this time with my family. This was lunch, I was seated quickly, I didn’t need a reservation, the staff was very nice. If you can’t get into Beaches and Cream, go here. It’s better.Also, they played good music. ? it was 90’s-00’s pop and some grunge. When I was first seated, Soundgarden’s Black Hole Sun was playing. It was like I went back in time. There’s something liminal about the Swan and Dolphin.

After a long day at the Walt Disney Theme Parks and park food being what it is, I was keen to find a salad but didn't want something that was artisanal and easily located within close proximity to my hotel. I was pleased to find the Fountain within the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort where I was staying offered an array of shareable foods, salads, burgers and ice cream desserts along with other baked goods. I was able to walk in and grab a table without a reservation and got a spicy buffalo chicken salad. Salad, yes but not too serious and appreciated the fun kick of the spicy buffalo chicken that topped the salad. It was a generous portion and incredibly filling and worth the price point. The customer service and speed at which I got my meal, the quality of the salad (the romaine was crisp!!!) and the fun, bright flavor of the spicy buffalo wasn't overwhelming. My only regret is that I didn't have room to grab a milk shake or treat to round out my dinner. This spot is lovely, convenient, and a good alternative to balance out theme park snacks all day.

Fun spot to get some good food! Wife and I both got the double burger w half fries and half onion rings. A great spot if you’re needing something without a reservation, reasonable priced (on Disney property at a high end Marriott resort) and easy simple food. Also the ice cream is great. I got the cheesecake scoop and was the best cheesecake ice cream I have ever had. They make it fresh and it tasted like real cheesecake!

Was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but when you're hungry at the hotel you have limited options. Ate dinner around 8 and it wasn't crowded and this was during a conference hosted by the hotel. Was quickly seated and the place was well kept and clean. Decent menu options. Ordered a soda, double cheese burger called the Fountain Signature burger and fries with added cheese. Been traveling all day and I was hungry. The order came out in less than 10 mins. The burger was HUGE! Cooked perfect and was delicious. The cheese fries didn't have cheese on top but actually all throughout. Not just some shredded cheese either but a cheddar sauce and the fries were not soggy. The server was very attentive and I didn't have to ask for refills. I also order a milkshake, the loco coco for dessert. That thing was ABSOLUTELY delicious! I will be going back for another before my trips end. Everything totaled $39 and some change and I tipped $10 because the service was very good. Expensive compared to an off property dinner yes but the choices are limited and this wasn't a grubby burger and fries.

One of our go to places when we visit Disney. Simple menu at reasonable prices. Good is always very good. They also offer a 20 percent discount for DVC members! Yes 20 percent!! Oh yeah and the desserts are awesome!! ?

Staff is nice but the service needs work. Every time I’m here they do their table touch to ask how everything is while I am chewing my food. I don’t talk while I’m eating and it was uncomfortable having her stand there watching me finish chewing. My food was not cleared when the waitress put the check down on a two seater so the was hanging off the table. I was given the worst seat when the place was pretty empty. I couldn’t extend my arm to grab my food because there was a wall in the way so I was forced to eat with only my left hand. There were multiple other two seaters available. I wasn’t even given a pen with the check. I had to ask. But the worst thing was when my food was given to me my water glass was in need of a refill and it was never refilled. The waitress didn’t do the table touch until my last bite. Upon placing the food she should have seen the empty glass and refill. I only gave a second star due to how nice they are as people. I have been there multiple times and each time the service was sub par. The staff needs training.

We stopped by the fountain to grab lunch and all had the original burger with fries. They were huge and pretty tasty. It's a great spot to stop by for a quick bite. Also recommend the raspberry lemonade which is sweet but really good.

We wanted to give a huge shoutout to Brian, our server, as he was the definition of great service. He was so friendly, had a beautiful array of coloured pens on his apron, and was so good at making our meal perfect each time we went. And wow when it comes to refilling our diet coke's he was on it ?. He was super attentive but not in an annoying way, he appeared at every perfect moment when we wanted something. Food at the fountain was also delish! Thank you Brian you made both our meals great, we wish we could’ve tipped you more but we were on a tight holiday budget :)

We just arrived to the resort and needed something quick to eat. After walking around, we found the restaurant and were seated and orders quickly taken. I ordered the Turkey burger and my husband ordered a cheeseburger. No apps for either of us. We did not have to wait long and our orders came out. I gotta say - the Turkey burger was delicious! Huge burger too and I wasn't going to finish it. Onion rings were fresh and crispy although my husband said he didn't have any onions in the rings lol. If you're looking for a quick bite, this is a good spot. Portions are big and service is quick.
