This has to be the strangest Firehouse I have ever been to. And, I have been to many. The staff just chat amongst themselves, very loudly and awkwardly, with a lobby full of people all waiting for their food. The staff was joking around and "shushing" each other while making our sandwiches. We could see the spit flying from their mouths into the food. The "manager" (I am assuming that's what he was) was just walking around laughing with them and also joking, NOT assisting anyone...read full review
Twice now my Club on a sub was just a hook and ladder.Dirty when walking in (tables, floors, drink machines) and they take forever! Order online and arrived ten minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and STILL waited for at least 30 minutes to get my sandwich, every time. I will no longer be a customer at this location.
