Food was great but every one of the women working at night on 4/17 should be fired. It took 47 minutes to make a sub. I ordered pizza hut after my sub order and it's been ready for 15 minutes. Sadly, the black girl was the only one knocking the orders out. I could not believe it.

First time coming here and we were sadly disappointed.The subs were ok.However, the restaurant itself was disgustingly dirty. The floors had bits of food scattered everywhere and the tables were filthy. The restroom was in the same sad state.If the dining and restroom area was this bad I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Also there were plenty of workers standing around that could've been cleaning the areas as it wasn't even during a meal rush.Sadly, this isn't the only restaurant that has been like this lately.

Well, this is an outstanding Firehouse location. This manager takes pride in what he does. He does a great job mentoring his staff. I watched and he was positive, supportive and helpful to staff teaching them, guiding them and motivating them. It showed on the speed and quality of service as well as the friendly atmosphere. Keep this guy around.

We placed an online order for pickup at a certain time. Came into store at exactly that time and even though the store was empty of customers, they had not even started our order . We had to wait and additional 20 minutes for them to make . Then, we found out the sub was made incorrectly and had mayo on it which we cannot eat. It was very very bad service and you felt like the workers did not care at all about the customer or quality of what they served you . This is the worst fire subs I have ever been too.
