This entire franchise is a joke, but this store is particularly annoying. Parking sucks. The location is kind of yucky.I get coupons for Subway often in my mailbox - this subway REFUSES to honor any coupons. They send business AWAY to other locations that do take coupons.The employees are sloppy and not very interested in helping customers. One employee is always smoking and carries the smell back into the restaurant.

I'm picking an order up for someone else and waiting for it to be completed when I observe one of the ladies on the line running her hands on her face and runny nose, through her hair, wiping them on her clothes and talking to the other lady about how they need to start wearing their hairnets and approve because they're expecting an inspection soon. Meanwhile they are both coughing and sneezing allot. I understand that people get sick but seeing this didn't exactly make me feel very confident in the food they are preparing. It's a shame because I love subway but I won't be ordering from this one.

If I could put zero stars I would pulled into the parking lot 45min before they close they look out at us and shut the lights off then would not pick up the phone I will be contacting the corporate office about this location as well as getting in touch with a manager. 45 minutes before they close!!!!!

Untoasted bread was hard they're coming , floors were filthy you could hear your feet sticking to it as you walked. This Subway will not accept subway coupons. I will not be back.

Blonde chick had a peachy personality... not.. she just had this massive attitude for no reason at all.. everyone was being sweet to her even when she refused to Crack a smile.. and the toaster was broken.. so they were microwaving sandwiches.. which completely ruined any thing we wanted .. but we still got our food just because we didn't want to cause problems whatsoever.. but I defi will not go back and I won't recommend any of my customers to go there .. if you are really into subway.. go somewhere else !! In my own opinion, I'd say getting a new toaster or fixing it would be 1st on my list of must do!!!
Fine, nothing to make them any different from any other Subway except for one thing: if you order through the app, this Subway does not take any coupon codes or deals that the app advertises to you (BOGO 50% off, etc). If me and my friends are any indication, I don't think the franchise owner understands how many purchases he's missing out on by being stingy like this.

Sandwich had way too much sauce and was visibly soggy and disgusting. Didn't even acknowledge us when we walked back in to have it remade. Horrible customer service. These 2 employees were definitely not sandwich artists.
