It was let down that I wasn't given time to scan my QR code for some points, it was also a let down that I wasn't even asked if I had joined the rewards or if I wanted to sign up for it.

I'm picking an order up for someone else and waiting for it to be completed when I observe one of the ladies on the line running her hands on her face and runny nose, through her hair, wiping them on her clothes and talking to the other lady about how they need to start wearing their hairnets and approve because they're expecting an inspection soon. Fine, nothing to make them any different from any other Subway except for one thing: if you order through the app, this Subway does not take any coupon codes or deals that the app advertises to you (BOGO 50% off, etc). If me and my friends are any indication, I don't think the franchise owner understands how many purchases he's missing out on by being stingy like this.
