Careful when you come this place. They charge extra for everything, even when order exact same thing on their website menu and they still want charge extra for topping when it listed in the drink on their menu. Only excuse is old menu. And my daughter got charge $20 extra on a pho noodle bowl without telling her. Let see how long they use the old menu exxcuse to charge everyone.

I really love the location of this Blended Bistro. My husband and I frequent this Lake Mary plaza often and every now and again I am craving boba tea. My #1 favorite boba flavor is honeydew and Blended never disappoints. Their boba is consistently delicious and perfectly sweet. I recommend getting your boba blended for the best texture and flavor. Their grilled pork banh mi is my favorite sandwich option and I love all of their bao buns. You can't go wrong with these options. The restaurant seating is super cute and trendy. They make sure to keep the tables clean and ready for the next guest. Customer service is pleasant although the last time I went I tried to order their Bun Bo Hue and everyone working there looked like I had three heads. I felt awkward for asking but I told them it says it on their menu that they serve Bun Bo Hue and they all made it seem like that was never a menu option. Then when I said spicy beef broth they all had a moment of realization lol. The original Blended location in College Park is great too and seems to be more authentic Vietnamese and more knowledgeable. Lake Mary location is somewhat gentrified so I guess I can understand why they had no clue but at the same time, they need to know their menu and the different name variations of the food they serve. And let me tell you that while the soup was delicious and had great flavors, Bun Bo Hue it is NOT.

I had lunch here with my husband late afternoon on a Saturday. We each ordered banh mi Viet sandwich and iced tea. The bread was warm and very crispy, and the pork was tender and flavorful. Their mayonnaise is made in-house and authentic to a traditional banh mi and the fillings are plentiful! Staff was very knowledgeable in answering my questions about the menu and ingredients, and was able to accommodate my drink preferences. Also they use the “good ice” in their drinks - the crunchy, small kind :) I would definitely return!Pictured: Grilled pork banh mi and mango fruit tea (no toppings) cost was ~$12

I heard this place had good vegan options. They DO have vegan options, but they used old dark gooey spring mix in my noodle bowl. I picked the spring mix out, but it was unappetizing and the rest of it was just okay. (Also, while a common practice, they use styrofoam for take out, which I try to avoid.)

My girlfriend and I came here to get some boba and ordered the tropical sunset and the mango fruit slush. We thought it came with the jelly as it was advertised on the screen. Turns out, if you don’t add it (cost extra) it’ll just come without it. I asked the girl at the counter how come they advertised it that way because it’s misleading and she just looked at me and didn’t know what to say. Another girl came up and said they can put it on the side. We ordered the drink under the impression that it would come as advertised on the screen. That’s how every other place is. They told me to throw it out in the trash in the corner and they’ll remake another one. But why advertise something and that isn’t how it comes? VERY MISLEADING.

Service was exceptional. The young woman at the front was very accommodating when I asked her to exchange my Vietnamese coffee from with salted foam to just a regular Vietnamese coffee. My initial thought was the salt foam made my coffee too salty but as it turns out, it wasn't just the foam. Although the beverage was kind of good, it wasn't mmmm delicious, or even excellent. Would I get this again, no. I will try the food next time though. Lastly, I did enjoy sitting outside and studying.

I do not recommend this place either for food or for boba, I’ve tried both. There are better boba places across the street. My main gripe is the staff at this place is extremely rude and could care less about being there. And it’s not a matter of just one of the staff, it was most of the staff that I interacted with. I ordered a specialty boba tea my second time there and it was honestly a 6$ orange juice with boba jelly. The food I ordered the first time was meh.
The staff is not client oriented and the service it’s always slow and lazy. The food it’s good, the bao buns are overpriced, and the boba tea is great. The place is clean. They don’t have baby/toddler friendly atmosphere/
