I had lunch here with my husband late afternoon on a Saturday. We each ordered banh mi Viet sandwich and iced tea. The bread was warm and very crispy, and the pork was tender and flavorful. Their mayonnaise is made in-house and authentic to a traditional banh mi and the fillings are plentiful! Staff was very knowledgeable in answering my questions about the menu and ingredients, and was able to accommodate my drink preferences. Went many times, food is great but hit or miss with 1-2 occasions when got the wrong order or small portions buy they resolved it. Always get the blended fried rice with steak and baos are delicious.

They charge the listing price for the boba drinks only if you order them with ice. When we started to order them without ice, they started to charge us extra. We did pay extra, but tonight, we went and ordered the same thing, as we always do, we pay the extra without ice, but now the drinks are laced with water and they taste like nothing. Horrible horrible business model. Don't let yourself be tricked. I'm giving it 2 stars because the original recipe was excellent.
