Marinel, the owner is so welcoming and she makes awesome recommendations. Don't sleep on the protein doughnuts, they are delicious. We love this place and I'm sure you will too.

Just tried Blends for lunch today - had an açaí bowl and it was excellent! Fresh, delicious, and you can tell the owners are passionate about nutrition - it was also packed with protein, fiber, and probiotics! The owner was very kind and took the time to educate me on what was in the bowl and ensure I was good with all the ingredients, which was a lovely touch. I’ll definitely be back!

Healthy approach to shakes and energy drinks where they customized a specific shake for us. Down here for soccer tournament and had them add electrolytes in the shake. Very tasty and super friendly service.

I found Blends on IG and could not be happier that we did! This protein shop is amazing and truly an experience. The owners are absolutely the sweetest people and truly have that personable aura. Super friendly, amazing customer service, and most importantly the most delicious protein items. Hey all! This place is so Yummy and healthy. Give it a try you will be hooked. The owners are the best people you would ever meet so down to earth. Even if I’m having a bad day I take myself there and my day automatically changes. It’s amazing! Cake pops are so delicious that you don’t know you are eating protein. Picky, eaters come on and try You will love it. Love everything the best shake for me right now is The coconut macaroon love it, and as for Refresher the peach ring not sure if it’s called that… thank you again for all you do guys!!!

Very good! This is a healthy twist on waffles, shakes and teas. The shakes, donuts and waffles are loaded with protein and can compete with other options that offer no nutritional value like Dunkin or Starbucks. My fiancé and I ordered fruity pebble donuts, watermelon lemonade tea, loaded protein waffle and banana pudding shake. The total for everything was about $43 dollars which was expected. Everything was very good. The banana pudding shake tasted just like banana pudding, donuts and waffles were made fresh to order. You can choose your own toppings for this. The tea was sweet and I only drank half of it before I felt a bolt of energy. Overall I would recommend this place as an alternative to typical deserts.
