Cava is one of my favorite quick stop eats. The bowls are so fresh and tasty! My go to is the harissa bowl. The pita chips are really good, but the bowls do come with complimentary pita which I just found out about last week. My husband also likes the lamb option.
Absolutely Delicious food! Live that it was similar to a chipotle/subway , ‘Choose Your Ingredients’ style Mediterranean food. All super fresh and the employees were all super helpful and welcoming my first time! Will be CRAVING this again and

We LOVE CAVA, but I am leaving it depends on the location.Lake Mary, is Mid. Chicken and falafel were not hot not even warm. Pita chips on top of the bowls seemed to be stale of not made properly. They were chewing and had a funny taste.
