Place an order online for a 12:25 pickup. arrived at 12:35 and had to wait till 1PM to get my order. lady at front said, "sorry we are always busy". Hire more staff as people are on their lunch hour and can't wait 1 hour to get falafel !!!!

I usually never have bad experiences here and love this place for it's healthy options. When I went to Cava's there was a bit of a line, went super fast and smoothly. Girl serving food looked super friendly and made eye contact with me when I walked up, but somehow skipped me in line and took the two people in line behind me's order. Older lady tries to hand me some bowl I never ordered. So I look at her and kindly say that is not mine. Then she says what did you order, and I said I have not ordered yet. She made me feel stupid and said you are supposed to order with the girl on the left. Whole time I was standing in line, the girl never once asked for my order but asked for the people in line behind me's order. She said sorry, and looked really nice and it must have been an honest mistake. I was not mad at that. But then when I finally order I asked for fresh pita chips since they were out. So girl says wait to the side and when they are done I will hand them to you. So I am waiting to the side and she literally gives my bag of fresh pita chips to the guy that ordered after me. Like come on...like she was purposely making me wait even longer for my order after they already skipped me in line. They got the order correct and sandwich I got was good, but noticed the pita chips did not have the seasoning and herbs and sea salt on the outside like they usually have on them once I got home. This was my only bad experience, so will give them another try and hope I have a better experience.

We LOVE CAVA, but I am leaving it depends on the location.Lake Mary, is Mid. Chicken and falafel were not hot not even warm. Pita chips on top of the bowls seemed to be stale of not made properly. They were chewing and had a funny taste.

This location on service is a disaster!!! 3 times I have ordered on a Sunday and almost everything on the order is wrong and missing!!! Including the main dish!! You will have to go there and order it yourself and make sure they do your order right! Is disappointing honestly because is one my favorite places to go to for convenience and good food but service Sucks! Management needs to get a grip on that!
Cava is one of my favorite quick stop eats. The bowls are so fresh and tasty! My go to is the harissa bowl. The pita chips are really good, but the bowls do come with complimentary pita which I just found out about last week. My husband also likes the lamb option.

1 hr wait for an order placed online.We didn't have time to cook so decided to order online and pick up... well, I waited 1 hr for my order.I asked the cashier if she could please check why it was taking so long and she completely ignored me, I thought maybe I was being annoying and I kept waiting while holding my 20 lbs hungry and upset baby, I was thinking maybe a couple more minutes.Staff didn't care at all. I had to ask again, the couldn't find the order!!! I had to pull the information to prove them I placed the order and I was no stealing from them.Definitely the last time I will be ordering from CAVA.
