First I want to say the service we’ve received by Stacia twice now has been absolutely incredible, she is so sweet, so knowledgeable and helpful, couldn’t say enough good things about her. This place has been somewhere we can go to for date night and feel social like we’re out at a bar without alcohol and still have a great time, all of the drinks are delicious and we’re excited to keep coming and trying more! “You notice I have given 5 stars across the board, the coffee here is great, the staff are amazing, wonderful coffee shop.BUT....for Pete sake, if you don't get someone to help the poor girl at the counter I may stop coming, If 2 or more people are in line, I will wait 15-20 mins just to place the order, while she is doing her best to take the order and payment, make multiple coffee's, collect and heat up peoples food from the counter, etc.This has happened many times, once I gave up and walked out, the other day I saw someone else walk out.You charge premium prices, I have already earned three of your awards which require $100 each spending, perhaps you will pay attention to this, people dont have 45 mins to wait for a to go coffee.Good luck, thanks!“

I took my children there on my third visit, and they loved it. My daughter even left a prayer request. I highly recommend Boba Spot in Lake Mary. They also serve Healthy juices and smoothies!! “I grew up in Miami so I have high expectations for a Cuban place. Zaza makes a wonderful pan con bistec. I often have the steak and eggs for brunch. Take some empanadas to go also. It's a much-needed addition to the local food options to have a go-to Cuban place.Outside seating is better. Inside gets a bit noisy.Edit: Adding that this is also my favorite coffee place in town. Authentic cafe con leche every time. The baristas here are terrific, especially Miriam.“

“Walked in the door and started ordering. Asked the cashier if they had Swiss cheese and she said “I’m not sure” um a yes or no would be good then the girl next to her said “just to let you know there is at least a 45min yo hour wait for your food….so” basically felt like she didn’t want me there. There was no line and tables open when I got there. So 11am on a Saturday I assume they just didn’t want my business so I left. I would have waited but the hand shooing while giving me the eye glare on how stressed she was, thought I’d elevate her work and get a coffee elsewhere. Thanks anyways“

“Visited again this past weekend with my husband and had the avocado toast. It was absolutely delicious! The owners are super nice and friendly. I highly recommend the Creme Brulee Latte. It's a great cup of coffee and they will torch the sugar on top right at your table. It's a small beautiful, family owned cafe and is a hidden gem that you will keep coming back to once you've experienced it for yourself.“
