I have been coming here for years and was always greeted so kindly by staff; as of recently things are awful, the staff is different and they are no longer friendly. The quality is hit or miss but I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will most likely never come back to this establishment. The guy working the register was incredibly rude today, I asked for the same drink I get every single time. Walked in the door and started ordering. Asked the cashier if they had Swiss cheese and she said “I’m not sure” um a yes or no would be good then the girl next to her said “just to let you know there is at least a 45min yo hour wait for your food….so” basically felt like she didn’t want me there. Got the flight and was very good. Maybe just a little too sweet for me personally. I ordered the avocado toast. It was bigger than I expected which was good but very basic. I'm pretty sure the avocado was store bought spread. I would have preferred actual avocado. I expect a spread from Dunkin not places like this . The ambiance is nice . I didn't get any sweets but they looked very good. I would def come back again , but wouldn't get the toast. Wish I took a pic ‍.
