Orderd a apatizer platter though uber eats. None of the the sauces were in boxes. I called and spoke with the manager and the manager personally drove out all of the sauces and then some to meThat's five star, A+ service all day long. It would have been so much easier for him to simply just say well will refund it but that would not solve the issue. He got all the sauces and actually extra of all of the sauces and personally drove them to my house.

The Food is always good here. The only issue with food I had was that my server never came back to ask what I needed after they served the food. The blue cheese was very runny and they charged me extra for that water they put in there. Also my server was spraying the bar and all the spray from the bottle was landing on the clean dishes and cups that were around the bar. That was pretty rough to watch. The servers and bartender that assisted me were less than friendly and didn't seem to want to take the time to wait on me. I would say not so friendly confines this time. Lunch was very affordable so that made up for the lack of service. The place was completely empty so I'm not quite sure why I didn't get served well.

Went for lunch recently. It wasn't crowded and service was prompt and continually attentive, but not too much so. Two of us had Cobb salads, which are generously created. Another had the French Onion soup and salad. All hit the marks, making for a very pleasant meal. Places like these can be loud, but not here. It's a great place for a meal, even better when coincidentally you're a Cub's fan from Chicagoland.
If you want to watch any sports....this is the place to do it....100 tvs rowdy crowd of fans and tasty wings and good draft beer and prices ...what more do you want?....PS the wings weren't really hot until I got the ghost pepper sauce then it satisfied my heat craving ?
