Stopped in this place to see what it was all about. I loved it because it was different and it offers healthy options. The owners are Aubrey and Roxy. Very warm and friendly people. He was a physical therapist and knows about health and knows how to blend foods and offer healthy options to his clients. I ordered a meal replacement smoothie with a Spirulina base and other fruits. Great nutrition club! Friendly, and welcoming environment! It's a great family dynamic and the staff really care about your overall nutritional well-being! My favorite is their weekly community workouts that happen every Saturday at 9:30 AM! They're fun, get you active, and best part is I get to bring my kids.
