Aubrey & Roxy are phenomenal & can answer any questions you may have! They are super helpful and everything they serve is so good! I stopped in on my road trip! The UNO tea hit my tart tastebuds perfectly and the protein donuts were spectacular!

Stopped in this place to see what it was all about. I loved it because it was different and it offers healthy options. The owners are Aubrey and Roxy. Very warm and friendly people. He was a physical therapist and knows about health and knows how to blend foods and offer healthy options to his clients. I ordered a meal replacement smoothie with a Spirulina base and other fruits. It was high in protein. My husband ordered energizing tea made with Mango, lemons and other ingredients. They also offer protein donuts, waffles and Acal bowls. I can’t wait to try their protein coffees. Their prices are reasonable and serving size is generous.

This place was awesome. My mom and I stopped by just to get a little shake after our work out, and let me tell you their protein shakes aren't like other protein shakes, you feel like you're actually drinking a milkshake. And I'm really picky on my protein shakes. The owner was super nice and informed us on everything. I will definitely be back!!

Great nutrition club! Friendly, and welcoming environment! It's a great family dynamic and the staff really care about your overall nutritional well-being! My favorite is their weekly community workouts that happen every Saturday at 9:30 AM! They're fun, get you active, and best part is I get to bring my kids. Teaching them a healthy lifestyle from a young age is priceless, and it's an opportunity to connect and do something fun as mother & babies! :) Highly recommend ordering and attending the workouts!
